PS7 is a wax that works well in normal winter conditions, below freezing. Its hardness makes it easier to work with and it is easier to achieve a good end result. PS7 is a very good wax for ski travel and training, as well as a good wax for base preparation. The speed of the waxing iron should be about 8 to 10 seconds for a skating ski or an alpine ski.
