The JetBlack Smart Turn Block is designed to level the front wheel and allow freedom of movement for comfort, as well as the freedom and fun of easy riding in Zwift.
When your bike is mounted on the trainer, it raises the rear of your bike a few inches higher than the front, limiting movement through the handlebars with the front wheel on the ground. This means that without a turn block, you will slide forward in your saddle, changing the angle and pressure on your pelvis and lower back. When your trainer is mounted on the Smart Turn Block, it levels the seat and allows movement through the handlebars, making your upper body less rigid and less prone to injury when you stay in the same position for long periods of training, and making it easier to change direction instead of wasting power and focus on manipulating the remote to change direction in the virtual cycling world of Zwift.
