Incredibly light, highly versatile, and designed for full-mountain ski touring, the Atomic Backland 86 SL is a wider ski designed with ultralight SL fiberglass, Ultra Light Woodcore, and Carbon Backbone construction to reduce overall weight and enable efficient climbing. The result of this material combination is a ski that's ultralight, yet extremely smooth and stable on the descent. The All Mountain Rocker profile and HRZN Tech in the tip combine to create a ski that cuts through choppy or heavy snow as well as it floats through fresh powder. And the tip cutout allows for a quick transition from pre-fitted Atomic skins.
