AV-5 Axle Vice

The Park Tool AV-5 is a great shop accessory designed to accommodate a wide variety of axles and spindles to service bicycle wheels and hubs. In addition to the most common quick release and thru axle sizes, the AV-5 features smaller openings to accommodate brake and shift housings or hydraulic hoses. The AV-5 also has a 1" hex opening for use with Park Tool cassette and freewheel tools such as the FR-1.3 or FR-5.2G. With vinyl retaining fingers and powerful magnets, the AV-5 can remain permanently in the vise jaws or be easily removed and stored. The precision-extruded aluminum construction ensures it won't damage components.
