Alpinist 12 (w/o brake)

The Alpinist binding, with its ultra-lightweight design (270 g without the brake), offers all the advantages required by experienced ski tourers. Its construction allows active length compensation without compromising the ski flex. The very stiff, carbon-reinforced ISI toe piece makes it easy to get into the boot. Thanks to its wide contact surface with an integrated stop, the boot is automatically inserted into the correct position and orientation. The inserts can then be locked with minimal pressure thanks to the optimized kinematics of the locking lever. The heel unit, with ascent wedges offering angles of 0°, 5° and 9°, allows for quick and easy switching between ascent and descent modes. Thanks to the 38 mm wide drilling pattern, the pressure is perfectly transmitted to the edges, thus contributing to improved control and good ski steering.
