Thanks to the exclusive GLIDE process, hikers achieve optimized glide with less effort. This treatment, carried out at the end of the production process and along the entire length of the hair, makes the skin more slippery and even more hydrophobic. In 2015, POMOCA removed the chemical component PFOA from all leathers produced. POMOCA is not stopping there and is developing a fluorine-free hydrophobic treatment: EVER DRY 3.0. This work brings POMOCA to the forefront of textile regulations and brings it closer to a 100% eco-friendly leather. Since 2020, all POMOCA leathers are PFC FREE!
